Assignments for CIS 657 Operating Systems

Assignment 1:
Problems 3, 6, and 7 on page 71 at the end of Chapter 2.
Hand in September 18.

Assignment 2:
Problems 9, 13, 21 at the end of Chapter 2. Hand in by September 26.
These can be handed in after class on September 25, or during the day of
September 26, which is not a day on which this course is held. If you hand
this assignment in on September 26, please hand it in to the teaching
assistant before the end of the day. Answers for the questions will be
put on the web page early Wednesday morning.

Assignment 3:
Problems 11, 18 and 25 at the end of Chapter 3. Hand in by October 25.
Note that these problems are a little different than those originally
assigned in class, because the TA covered problems 5 and 19 in the
help session.

Assignment 4:
Problem 11 at the end of Chapter 9 and problem 3 at the end of Chapter
10. Hand in December 6.
